Athletic Resources

The Carlynton Athletic Department uses Arbiter to electronically collect all PIAA and Carlynton School District paperwork as it relates to participation in extracurricular athletic activities in interscholastic sports for student athletes in grades 7 to 12.

To set up an Arbiter account, please go to carlyntonathletics.com for online sports registration or the official Arbiter website.

Follow this link for a registration tutorial for first time users:

Please note that the nurse’s physical paperwork is not the same as PIAA CIPPE Section 6 and will not be accepted for interscholastic sports participation. All information must be filled out online using the Arbiter athletic registration program.

There are only 2 exceptions:

  1. Section 6 of the PIAA CIPPE must be signed by the doctor conducting the initial sports physical. After acquiring the signature, parents must log on into their Arbiter account to upload Section 6 (scan or picture) under physical exam block.
  2. Section 8 of the PIAA CIPPE, Re-Certification by a Licensed Physician of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine, must be submitted if you indicated on Section 7 that you have been injured since your initial physical examination.  This requires a doctor’s signature for clearance.

Assistance is available for parents completing this paperwork at registration@arbitersports.com.
