Who Do I Contact for Questions?

Parents and community members may feel unsure when directed to speak with school-based officials instead of central office staff or school board members. To help ensure more efficient and effective communication, it is important for stakeholders to understand the District’s "chain of command"—where to start when addressing concerns. Most issues can be quickly resolved by contacting the teacher or program leader directly. Concerns should first be addressed at the level where the issue occurred, with the option to move up the chain of command if needed. Email is the most efficient communication method, followed by phone calls, and in-person meetings when necessary.
