- School board meeting agendas are posted as they become available. The board generally holds two (2) public meetings per month, and reserves the right to vote at all meetings.

Meeting Calendar and Location
- School board meetings are open to the public and are held in the Cougar Collaboration Center (CCC) in the Carlynton Hr./Sr. High School. Please enter at the gymnasium entrance to attend the meetings.

- As the Carlynton Board of Directors is committed to transparency and community engagement, legislative Meetings are livestreamed for public viewing.
- Watch live and archived meetings on the Carlynton YouTube channel . Please note: live comments are not available through the livestream.
Engaging with the Board
Public Comment at School Board Meetings
In accordance with Carlynton School Board Policy 903 Public Participation in Board Meetings, please follow the below procedure to register to provide public comment.
- Register online to provide public comment by clicking here or scanning the QR Code available at the meeting.
- After submitting the registration form, you will be called upon to speak during the public comment portion of the meeting agenda in the order in which you registered.
