Agendas for School Board Meetings are posted on Board Docs as they become available. The board generally holds two (2) public meetings per month, and reserves the right to vote at all meetings
Policy Manuals are posted in Board Docs in the upper right hand corner.

The meeting will be held in the junior-senior high school Cougar Collaboration Center (CCC) and is open to the public.

Residents unable to attend the meeting in person can view a YouTube of the meeting within days following the meeting date by using Board Docs, clicking on the meeting date, and then selecting "Watch Video."

Public Comment for the Board
In accordance with Carlynton School Board Policy 903 Public Participation in Board Meetings, please follow the procedure below to register for public comment.
1.) Register online to provide public comment by scanning the QR Code available at the meeting or clicking the button below.
2.) After submitting the registration form, you will be called upon to speak during the public comment portion of the meeting agenda.

Carlynton School District Communications Committee
Purpose of the Communications Committee
- The purpose of the communications committee is to provide stakeholders with a voice in assisting the District in creating a communications plan.
Overarching Goals of the Communication Plan
- Increase opportunities to share good news about staff, students and school issues with the entire school community
- Increase the amount of content being distributed to parents (and other stakeholders) regarding important district-level, school-level, and classroom-level information.
- Become more responsive to the communication needs of the school community stakeholders.
Communications Committee Members and Representation
In our ongoing effort to enhance communication across the district, we are excited to announce the creation of a District Communications Committee. This committee will play a key role in developing a comprehensive communications plan, giving stakeholders the opportunity to provide valuable input. The committee will consist of representatives from various stakeholder groups within our district and community.
